At TiniTot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return with mandatory photo proof.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at tinitotbabycare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Attach photos of the product (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)
- Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- Please return the item and place a new order.
